Office Rental

Office Rental - The Trust has a variety of offices that can be rented on a casual or longer term arrangement.

The offices are surrounded by stunning views of the Taff Bargoed Valley and there is an abundance of free car parking available that can also be utilised by clients of the tenant.

Conference and catering facilities are also available at the centre and the fitness suite can be utilised during the lunch hour. These added attractions makes the renting of offices at the Trust a very worthwhile and cost effective undertaking.

The offices are of varying sizes and all are fully furnished and one is also equipped with an interactive whiteboard.

Office 1-25' x 16'  =  400 sq feet | Office 2-25' x 16' =  400 sq feet

Office 3-24' x 12.5' = 300 sq feet | Office 4-13' x 10' = 130 sq feet

Office 5-9' x 12.5' = 112.5 sq feet

Other offices may also be available if requested.
