Fitness Suite

The centre has a fully equipped fitness suite with resistance and cardio vascular sections and a separate free weights room and a sauna and steam room.




The fitness suite caters for all users and the equipment is extensive.

Additional rooms are also available that can be adopted to create further facilities such as a treatment room and sun beds.
