Caving Complex

The Trust houses the first man made caving system in the world and this is an excellent facility for people interested in partaking in caving.


The cave comprises of many individual aspects that are based on actual famous caving systems in Yorkshire.












An external pump produces running water through approximately 60% of the caving system and stalactites, stalagmites, columns and limestone blocks have been introduced in order to add to its authenticity.

There is also a 12 feet rope pitch available through running water.
